English... I didn't think that I'd have an English page in my website of phrase guides, but perhaps it's time for a little info on variants of English.

Someday, I'll start collecting people speaking a particular sentence in various English accents. Here's an idea list:

I have found a sentence that i may use. The second sentence of Moby Dick by Herman Melville:

Some years ago - never mind how long precisely - having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me on shore, I thought I would sail about a little and see the watery part of the world.
