Tuscon
Rachel said that she used to hang out at the Hotel Congress when she was in Tuscon, and really liked it. She said that it was parts hotel, hostel, restaurant, bar, and band venue. I'll definitely have to check it out. National Geographic Traveller rated it one of their top 50 hotels in the US.
