I need more info on Utah's conservative alcohol laws. I'm not a big drinker, so I don't know much. I think that if you're driving here, you're best off bringing it with you. You can't order wine without something to eat in restaurants. Beer can be ordered without food. (but not in supermarkets, I think.)
