There's not much here.
The Boulder, Colorado Jewish Community Center at 3800 Kalmia Ave, 866-841-9135, has had "Rocky Mountain Yiddish Teach-Ins", I believe on an annual basis. Check out their website at www.yiddishforyou.org.
